Our Process

Once you have made your reservations then begins the long and tiring process of construction. Depending on your authoritarian like demand this can take any where from 6 months to 15 years, but do know that no matter what we do it in the most timely of manners so we won't be wasting you money on months of permits well just pay the fines because with our rate it's worth it.










Now come the most rewarding part of the reservations process the final approval and move in. Where you come in and change everything last minute even though you have been sure about everything up to this point. We then will continue construction while we train the rest of the staff. This does cause some accidents but you have paid to cover all of this already.
